Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute primary placements of COIs with banks, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and institutional investors
- Negotiate pricing, tenor, and volumes in line with market conditions and approved limits.
- Plan and execute short- and medium-term funding programs.
- Optimize cost of funds while ensuring sufficient liquidity levels.
- Act as the single point of contact for all institutional investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury desks and investment institutions.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of investors for repeat placements.
- Manage COI maturities, rollovers, and refinancing risks.
- Monitor liquidity gaps, concentration limits, and investor exposures.
- Track market benchmarks including KIBOR, PKRV, and yield curve movements.
