Manager, Warehouse and Operations

Oversees logistics administration, warehouse, shrinkwrap, and materials operations to meet all safety, quality, compliance, service, and cost requirements while driving continuous improvement. Leads and develops teams, manages budgets and forecasts, and ensures efficient product flow through strong partnerships with carriers, forwarders, and external providers. Supports plant operations by ensuring operational excellence, coaching successors, and facilitating meetings to achieve SQDC and performance goals.

• Manage Department (Warehouse & Shrinkwrap) yearly budget and quarterly spending submission along with relevant supporting data and working files.
• Ensure actual spending as per budgeted amount.
• Manage Department Yearly & quarterly Capex submission to ensure on track, spend as per projected amount and time-frame.
