We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals at the Lead/Senior Associate with relevant experience to join our fast-growing IT Consulting practice as a Lead RPA Developer.
- Execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; planning, designing, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring system quality.
- Construct Business Cases and identify opportunities to further the adoption of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor kpis and ROI of automation initiatives
- Perform peer review, and provide relevant feedback on coding, testing, documentation.
About You:
- Experience of 10-12 Years in RPA tools essentially UI Path and Power Automate, preferably experience in BFSI domain.
