What the role is:
The Digital Ecosystem Partnerships team oversees IRAS’ digital collaboration and partnership efforts with our ecosystem partners, ranging from software providers, solution providers, other government agencies, intermediaries and taxpayers. In particular, the team works with these stakeholders on initiatives and campaigns to increase adoption of IRAS’ API services that seek to streamline tax filing and ease tax obligations for taxpayers.
What you will be working on: Drive Marketing and Engagement Campaigns- Spearhead marketing, publicity, and engagement campaigns for IRAS' digital products, with a focus on IRAS’ hallmark campaign (#SFFS - Seamless Filing From Software), nationwide initiatives such as InvoiceNow for GST‑registered businesses.
