[What the role is]
Manager/Senior Manager (Space Management)You will be the key member of a team in charge of the operation, facilities management and facilities maintenance of MPA properties and execute effective facilities management strategies to improve operations of the facilities
[What you will be working on]
You would be responsible to establish, monitor and maintain a high service standard at MPA properties, including MPA’s tenanted space and infrastructures leased/outsourced to external vendors.
Your key responsibilities include the following:
• Ensure that maintenance of MPA’s facilities are up to expected standards to support the daily operations.
• Work with vendors/contractors and private operators to ensure smooth operation of the facilities.
