As part of the team in the MPA Academy, you will be developing training workplan and driving the implementation of programmes that empower learning through acquiring of knowledge and skills among MPA staff[What you will be working on]
Your main roles and responsibilities include:
Training Programmes
- Conduct skills gaps analysis and training needs assessment to develop training roadmaps and tailor training to address identified gaps. Organise and/or conduct courses to equip MPA officers with the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs productively.
- Work with line divisions in MPA to develop and regularly review the curriculum of training programmes to keep them relevant and up to date. Curate course offerings based on competencies in key domain expertise (KDE), liaise with training service providers (TSPs) for course details, and evaluate the submissions for training courses for cu...
