Overview
What the role is: Plans & Strategy’s role is to prepare HTX for the future by ensuring that our strategic plans are informed by a comprehensive analysis of challenges, opportunities and priorities. The Resources Planning & Organisation oversees the allocation and management of resources in Budget and Manpower, to effect these strategic plans. The job-holder has to understand the Home Team’s operating context, challenges, constraints and harmonise efforts across all Home Team Departments and agencies and is required to work closely with Senior Management on allocation of resources.
What you will be working on- Provide sound recommendations to senior management to shape the Home Team Transformation while working on a limited pool of resources.
