We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manager/Team Leader, Calibration to lead our laboratory operations and elevate our calibration standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about metrology, quality, and continuous improvement , with strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the calibration laboratory to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- To liaise with customer related to calibration matters and improvement action related to customer complaint.
- Manage and resolve non-conformances arising from daily operations.
- Review and approve calibration methods, results, reports, and measurement uncertainty (MU) application.
- Develop, validate, and verify calibration methods (standard and non-standard).
