We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Managing Counsel, Competition and Regulatory to join our Enterprise Legal team. This role reports to the General Manager, Enterprise Legal and plays a critical role in shaping how nbn navigates complex regulatory and competition landscapes in support of its long-term purpose.
A bit about your role
As Managing Counsel, Competition and Regulatory, you will lead a small, highly specialised team and take ownership of complex competition and regulatory matters that are critical to nbn’s operations and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for providing trusted, senior legal advice across competition law, telecommunications regulation and access regulation, helping the organisation navigate a dynamic and highly regulated environment with confidence.
