Job Description
Toronto - 4 days onsite
Day-to-Day (D2D)
- Join regular senior forums (bi-weekly) with Tech & Operations leaders to discuss risks, issues, and priorities
- Run and review ongoing risk assessments across technology, cyber, and operations
- Engage first-line stakeholders (Tech, Ops, CISO, COO teams) to challenge and improve controls
- Provide credible challenge + practical insight (not just oversight)
- Monitor key and emerging risks (cyber, tech, resilience, execution risk)
- Support and review large tech initiatives / projects (project risk, execution risk)
- Contribute to board and management reporting
- Help build and mature the enterprise risk function (still evolving)
- Lead and develop a small team + broader shared resources
Must-Haves
- 12-15+ years experience in: technology risk, cyber risk, or information security
