Job Description
The coverage sectors are GLIC, MOF (States) and Government Agencies.
- Define, develop and execute a immediate immediate annual budget plan and strategy for both Country Budget and Origination Budget as well as 5‑year business and coverage strategy and revenue growth plan for assigned client portfolios, aligned with Group Wholesale Banking and CIBC strategic priorities, in partnership with the Head of Client & Public Sector Coverage, Product Department Heads and Regional CIBC Heads.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the coverage team, ensuring clear priorities, alignment of objectives and strong execution discipline across all strategic initiatives.
- Lead and empower the team to execute account plans effectively, strong pipeline management and high‑quality origination ideas outcome, supported by close monitoring of budget performance, resource allocation and delivery against financial targets.
