Overview
The Managing QS (Cost Management) will take the lead in developing and implementing cost strategies, ensuring clients receive accurate cost advice, robust procurement outcomes, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Contract Stage
- Develop and manage cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for building projects.
- Manage quantity take-offs and quantification at Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design stages.
- Apply cost indices (e.g., BCIS, SPONS) for estimates and cost reports.
- Ensure correct application of BOQ formats and methods of measurement (POMI, NRM1).
