Job Title: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Location: Laguna
Industry: IT Company
Salary: P 65,000 - P 75,000 ALL BASIC
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)
Requirement:
️ Proficient in Mandarin and English
️ Experience assisting customers on the phone and live chat, email, social media, and web form submissions
️ Preferably Filipino-Chinese or fresh graduates or someone with a CSR background
️ Amenable to working in Laguna
Duties:
️ Responsible to answer emails and chats regarding Payrolls and HR role
️ Provide solutions to inquiries from employees of these companies located abroad
