Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, voice, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer concerns related to mobile, broadband, billing, technical support, activation, recontracting, and service termination.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate cases to the right teams when needed.
- Support sales opportunities by promoting products and services aligned with customer needs.
