Velenosi & Meredith Consulting is seeking a Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist for an onsite role in Penang (Livingstone). The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and be able to handle queries via various channels. The position offers a base salary of RM4000–4500, a KPI bonus, and structured training. Candidates with a diploma or a bachelor’s degree and those with customer service experience will be preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
