- Candidate should be from International BPO background (Frontline Hiring)

- Total Exp. - 12+ years
- Relevant Exp.– 1+ years Manager or 3+yrs as AM on paper
- Handled a team of 2-3 AM’s, Sr. Recruiters
- Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
- Vendor Management, Sourcing and Employee Referral Team
- Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
- Must be comfortable with Work from Office
- Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts.
- Work location Airoli.
