Mantles Restaurant & Lounge, situated in Sun Peaks Grand's lower lobby, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance guest experiences and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, collaborate with the culinary team, and ensure exceptional guest service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the food & beverage operations and ensure established SPG Standards of Service are executed in a professional and consistent manner.
- Supervise food orders, ensure timely delivery of food & drinks and guest bills.
- Complete all checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing duties.
- Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations at all times.
- Assist in any F&B Department Outlet as business volumes dictate.
