What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including:
- Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM)
- Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL)
- Manual lathes and mills
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sample parts to manufacture components to spec
- Perform machine setups based on part configuration and job requirements
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
