Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain functional test scenarios and test cases for D365 CE, Middleware applications, Copilot Studio, and related enterprise solutions.
Maintain complete traceability between requirements, user stories, functional design documents, and test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Execute Smoke, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, End-to-End, and UAT support testing activities.
Perform role-based access validation and security testing.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects in ADO with detailed evidence and reproduction steps.
Participate in defect triage meetings with development, business, and project stakeholders.
Validate fixes and perform regression impact analysis across releases.
Support test environment readiness and test data coordination activities.
