Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure defect free processes/production in the Frame Assembly through evaluation & improvement of product & process quality and adherence to Quality Assurance System, to achieve zero customer complaints and zero rejection (rework and scrap)

Ensure manufacturing of high quality products to ensure compliance with global standards

  • Analysis of internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty)
  • Identify/execute improvement projects

    • Periodic review of projects & KPIs.

    Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting ‘Build Up Quality’.

  • Identify and audit Critical to Quality Stages.
  • Evaluate Process and Machine Capability
  • Implementation of QM Matrix

    • Analyse deviations, identify/execute improvement projects & periodic reviews
