Job Description


  • Experience in metalworking industry (sheet metal transformation to product: cutting, welding, bending, punching, painting, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of production control systems and manufacturing workflows.

  • Proven leadership, planning, and strategic skills.

  • Quality assurance knowledge and experience (quality systems, standards, metrics).

  • Experience in production line transfers and plant launches / new product introductions.

  • Involvement in cost-saving and operational improvement projects.

8+ years of manufacturing exp, including Lean Manufacturing implementation.Minimum 5 years managing personnel / people leadership experience.

A successful Manufacturing & Engineering Manager should have:
