As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be a key contributor to the successful assembly integration and testing (AIT) of satellites. You will define develop and implement efficient and reliable manufacturing processes ensuring smooth satellite production from component level integration to final system testing. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical and test engineers to drive improvements in process efficiency, quality and cost‑effectiveness.
About This Role
- AIT Process Development: Define and document the complete AIT flow for satellite manufacturing including assembly sequences, integration procedures and test protocols.
- Develop detailed work instructions, process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality.
