Responsibilities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, tooling design, schedule integration, cost optimisation, sourcing support, quality validation, testing, and supply chain rollout.
- Provide technical leadership for the manufacturing of cables, wire harnesses, and electro‑mechanical assemblies, including inspection, testing, and tooling/fixture design.
- Utilise knowledge of electrical and electronic production processes and testing methodologies to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively within tight timelines to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
- Collect and analyse data to develop manufacturing solutions and prepare documentation such as OMS, Work Instructions, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
