This position is for an IIOT & Constraints Management Engineer for Final Assembly. Engineer will be assigned multiple projects/plants for IIOT implementation and migration away from the legacy FIS systems in final assembly.
+ Support all Executive Constraint Management Meetings
+ Director of Manufacturing (DOM) Constraint Management Reviews
+ POP Committee
+ Roll-out new versions to DOMs and Plant Personnel
+ Assist plants with developing & interpreting Executive Throughput Packages
+ Review plant Executive Throughput Packages during bi-weekly FAE Constraint Review
+ Throughput Status
+ Constraint #1 Action Matrix
+ Constraint #2 Action Matrix
+ Any Significant FAE Issues/Losses
+ Support/Develop and maintain the Executive Throughput Package Pro Forma, including all Single Point Lessons and attachments
+ Maintain & update IIOT/FIS materials, Productivity Operating Process / Constraint Management web based training for...
