ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs root cause failure analysis.
- Performs cost reduction evaluations and implements process improvement and cost saving measures.
- Provides customer technical support.
- Creates manufacturing standard procedures and work instructions, providing updates as necessary.
- Assists operations personnel with processing issues.
- Makes proposals for specification changes to customer or supplier prints/drawings.
- Researches and creates CapEx proposals.
- Brings special projects to fruition, on time, with satisfactory results.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to plant and corporate safety and quality policies.
