Job Description
- Develop, create & update sheet metal forming / stamping processes and work instructions inaccordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Design stamping tools, die-sets, tooling, fixtures and gauges for the respective fabrication processes.
- Develop manufacturing process like Broaching, Orbital riveting and shot peening for themanufacturing of actuating products.
- Conductpre-production pilot run and training for associates.
- Maintain and modify special processes currently in Production to achieve technical and qualityrequirements.
- Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
- Liaise with Vendors on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
