Job Description

The Company

This automotive component manufacturer based in Llanelli is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team, due to growth and expansion. The company is part of an internationally represented group with an impressive history and progressive approach, continually adding new products and technologies.

The Role

This is a permanent full time position working 08:00AM - 04:30PM Monday - Thursday with an early 01:00PM finish on a Friday.

Duties will include:

  • To co-ordinate Engineering activities including Health & Safety,
  • To continually assess ways of ensuring equipment is optimised and specified to minimise the risk of accidents/injuries
  • Provide systematic approach to problem solving and co-ordinate activities
  • Attend and support actions from problem solving activities, production and daily management meetings
