Job Description

  • Build up corresponding automation capability for business
  • Research global automation benchmark of each product portfolio
  • Develop automation solution to new technology application in front of business award
  • Lead and guide to build up China local supplier capability
  • Review assembly automation equipment mechanical design, assess risk and make mitigation plans
  • Screen out any potential automation projects that could drive MFG cost saving continuously.
  • Lead automation line buyoff activities to make sure all equipment performance could meet product and process requirements.
  • Continuous improvement on machine downtime and FTQ, etc.
  • Optimize line balance and improve CT of assembly line.
  • Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, production yield improvement
