**Job Description Summary**
The Production Quality Manufacturing Engineer leads the manufacturing cell in aspects of quality assurance & control and is responsible for the quality KPIs of the cell. This role reports directly to the site's Quality Manager.

**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Build-in-Quality (PFMEA, MSA) Champion for the cell
+ Facilitate Management of Change (MOC) for the cell
+ Daily review of non-conformances, defect rates monitoring for required short term, medium term and long term actions.
+ Lead and Drive problem solving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions
+ Facilitate Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) to meet cell's SQDC KPIs
+ Drive initiatives to reduce defect rates
+ Owner of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) issues and events in the cell
+ Resolution of customer's quality complains related to cell's products
+ Support cell in implement...
