Manufacturing Engineer (OEM) – (with Aerospace MRO / OEM experience) (Ref: KH1284)The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
The Job- Create manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials to shipment of finished parts.
- Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Create CNC code / program for machining
- Design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
- Develop special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot peening and Welding etc
- Conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
