Job Description
Sustaining High-Volume Production Assume full responsibility for the product after its transfer into high-volume production, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations.
Review and Generate Work Instructions (WI) Receive and review Work Instructions (WI) provided by the Engineering team, ensuring full understanding and clarity.
Generate new Work Instructions as required for mass production projects, ensuring they align with current manufacturing processes.
ECO and ECN Process Initiate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) when implementing changes to the project or manufacturing processes, particularly for design-related modifications.
Collaborate with the Engineering and Sales teams to communicate platform-related agreements with customers, ensuring all customer requirements are addressed.
Jigs, Fixtures, and Testers Identify the need for jigs, fixtures, and other tools required in the manufacturing process.
