Oversee and optimize the ceramic slurry manufacturing process and the kiln solidification process to ensure efficiency and product quality. Handle equipment procurement, process documentation, and release testing to maintain high manufacturing standards. Specialize in ceramic coating of oxygen sensors. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Thermo Shock Protection Manufacturing Engineer or in an occupation involving process improvements in manufacturing and development.
