Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and Toolroom functions
- Drive manufacturing engineering excellence across machining, fabrication, and assembly operations
- Ensure robust engineering governance, BOMs, routings, manufacturing systems, and technical standards
- Drive asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and equipment performance
- Lead CAPEX projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimisation
- Develop and mentor engineering managers and technical teams
- Support a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and operational performance
Requirements
- BEng or BTech Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 1015 years' manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role
