Job Description
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the repairs, adjustments, preventative, and ongoing maintenance of the commercial kitchen equipment and structures in the metro food production facility.
Responsibilities
Implements preventative maintenance schedules and checklists for all equipment in the facility
Logs and proactively communicates timeframes of maintenance items including repairs, preventative maintenance, and outside vendor schedules of equipment and facility repairs.
Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and determines appropriate repair strategies.
Assists with inventory management of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
Establishes and maintains logs of equipment routine maintenance and ensures appropriate vendor scheduling when needed.
Diagnoses, mentors, and trains Team Members in optimal use behaviors of equipment.
