Job Description

Position Summary

This role leads the digital transformation of the manufacturing floor by enabling the MES system as the core digital platform and integrating big data analytics, including data sourced from SAP. The Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer will drive system deployment, process digitalization, and advanced data insights to improve quality, compliance, productivity, and decision‑making across operations.

Responsibilities

  • MES Enablement & System Deployment
    • Serve as MES System Lead responsible for module deployment, configuration and continuous improvement.
    • Convert manual/legacy processes into MES digital workflows (eBR/eDHR, routing, resource management, data collection).
    • Ensure MES integration with SAP (material master, BOM/routing, work orders, batch data, inventory).
    • Support system design, UAT, debugging and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
    • Maintain compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 1...
