Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
- Develop and implement Manufacturing Excellence strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement projects
- Coach and mentor team members on CI methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and improvement impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with strong exposure to continuous improvement
- Proven track record in leading improvement projects and delivering measurable results
