Job Description

Business Unit: EPSMobility

Role: 

As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you will run and monitor EV traction motor production equipment—including winding, forming, welding, impregnation, rotor assembly, final assembly, and EOL testing. You will follow standardized work, ensure safety compliance, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production targets with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Workplace Discipline

  • Follow all EHS rules: PPE usage, machine guarding, LOTO (as required), chemical/resin handling, and safe operation of HV test equipment.
  • Attend daily safety briefings; immediately report hazards, unsafe acts, near-miss events.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation as per 5S and housekeeping standards.
