**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Develop, execute, and sustain manufacturing strategy for the SLP Campus to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery and cost exceeding internal and external customers' expectations, as the campus expert in gears (process/specifications/design), you will guide the plant in developing and implementing strategies for each machining area to improve efficiency.Li-SL4**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:**A.
