What will you do:
* Lead the continuous improvement of the plant's value chain, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
* Own and optimize manufacturing methods and processes across the plant
* Drive Lean Manufacturing culture with a strong focus on waste reduction and standardization in an ETO environment
* Lead Kaizen initiatives and perform value stream analysis to identify improvement opportunities
