Role Overview
The Manufacturing Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for the effective planning, organization, leadership, and control of production operations within an assigned production area. The role ensures that production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, timeliness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, and hygiene standards.

- Plan and schedule production operations based on demand forecasts and actual operational requirements.
