**Job Description Summary**
We offer a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in jet engine fan and compressor airfoils production. We are proud of our Vermont employees and their heritage of dedicated work, innovation, and customer focus. The starting hourly rate is $30.68 per hour with pay progression every year for 6 years. Shift differential starts at 10% for off shifts. Available positions are on 2nd and 3rd shift, however the initial training period may be on 1st shift. Rutland offers a dynamic work schedule featuring both 4 x 10-hour shifts and 5 x 8-hour shifts.
