Description:
Manufacturing Operators play a critical role in the production of animal-origin peptones. This position involves routine exposure to chemicals and raw animal tissues as part of daily operations. Work environment includes exposure to strong odors associated with animal-origin materials and processing chemicals.
Job Duties Include:
"Set-up and load material into vacuum dryers.
"Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and basic equipment checks while documenting all activities accurately.
"Operate pallet jacks to move raw materials/finished products.
"Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GDP, batch records, and safety guidelines.
"Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
