1. Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead, coach, and develop the Means & Methods and Business Engineering teams to meet operational and strategic goals.Define team roadmap aligned with ASML global priorities, factory priorities, transformation initiatives, and business needs.Foster a collaborative, data‑driven culture with strong communication and cross‑team alignment.Prioritize team workload, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence without authority across departments.2.
