Summary
/ObjectiveThe Plating Operator will safely follow the plating processes to produce the highest achievable quality with a high degree of accuracy. This person will operate reel-to-reel or barrel plating equipment.电镀操作员将根据安全生产制度，以高工作的准 确度完成电镀的生产。该岗位将会运行卷对卷或滚筒电镀设备。

Know and understand how to get the X-pin according to the order in the raw materials stocked area.知道及了解如何通过订单在原材料存储区找到所需的原材料
Perform thesolder splice and follow up the splice through each process.焊接接头，同时了解如何跟随接头通过每个工序
Knowledge of how to identify the defect of raw material during pay off能鉴别出原材料的不良
