We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support daily operations within our production environment. This role provides hands-on leadership for an assigned value stream and partners closely with the Value Stream Manager (VSM) to drive safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate is a floor-focused leader who can coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to standards.
