Tempe Milk Plant 1115 W, Alameda Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282 Shift 1 Hours 4 am - 12:30 pm Monday through Friday Must be open to Saturday work and overtime. As a Production Supervisor at our milk facility, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of milk processing operations. Your role will involve leading a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process. You'll coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as addressing any issues that arise during production.
