Introduction
Independently supervises work of app. 15-20 direct reports. Responsible for own work center or shift. Coordinates activities that require at
least advanced vocational or starting Bachelor working and thinking level. Understands interfaces and dependencies with other teams and
coordinates with other teams within Operations (stakeholders around the own natural team).
