Role and Responsibilities

As a Team Leader within Share Service, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of your scope, balancing technical depth, people leadership, and operational execution.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring clear role ownership, capability growth, and engagement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities across NPI and HVM activities.
