You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the corporation’s Center of Excellence for electro‑optical and infrared fire‑control sensor systems, delivering final assembly, integration, and test of mission‑critical sensors.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a union‑represented crew of mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers while driving quality, schedule, and cost excellence.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring composite, paint, bonding, and testing processes meet high‑performance standards.
