Our client is a leading International Food Developer, based North of the River spanning across Australia. This position offers a competitive salary and a Permanent Full-Time Position.
The Role:
- Working in a very hands on, fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading over 75+ employees.
- Ensuring managers and teams have the necessary tooling and resources to maintain a high-quality of work.
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturing deadlines and KPI's, while maintaining strict Food Quality Standards for operations running 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Working alongside 2x Assistant Team Managers, one focusing on HR and people, the other's focus on inventory.
- Managing site Profit & Loss, optimising profitability without sacrificing quality of output.
